The methodology
Health practitioners do not do project management. Project managers are not known for being healthy and fit. The intersection is nearly empty.
Evolutions is twenty years of portfolio-scale program discipline — 500+ application migrations, 4,600+ data-source integrations, a $2M statewide modernization delivered 14% under budget — pointed at a single person instead of an enterprise. Not a metaphor. The same constructs, renamed.
| Evolutions | Project management |
|---|---|
| Transformation | Program-level objective |
| Evolution | A fixed-length sprint — currently seven days |
| Sword Sharpening (S3) | Sprint planning |
| Alignment Friday | Mid-sprint review |
| Look Back | Retrospective |
| Pick 3 of 5 | Scope negotiation against capacity |
| Friction budget | Resource constraint — ~20 min/day |
| Coach’s Note | Stakeholder communication |

The free habit mapper that feeds it is The Spark, and it stays free.
The product
One-off purchase · No subscription · In development
If you have two years of Garmin, Hevy, or Apple Health history sitting in an export you have never opened, that is already a longitudinal record of how you actually live. A Day In The Life reads it and tells you what it says.
About
Doctoral researcher studying how AI-personalized feedback changes habit formation — on a system he built, and ran on himself first.
DBA candidate at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. Before that, twenty years of portfolio-scale technical program management at General Motors, Ford, Amazon, and the State of Michigan, and federal compliance work at Booz Allen, Oracle, and Deloitte.
What Comes Next? was built out of a practice that already existed — daily progress files, weekly planning sessions, retrospectives — kept for years before there was a company. The personal practice and the platform converged on the same structure because the same person built both.
