The method

A project plan, for a person.

Every piece is a project-management construct, renamed. Pick a station.

The tools

The same loop, in your pocket.

Here's your start: why, run the whole thing. Three habits from the Coach, each with when and because you said: Run 20 minutes after work, Walk after dinner, Protein after the run. Plan the week: this week's focus is Run at lunch, not after work, and the days for each habit. Today: two of three habits checked, two entries, one sentence highlighted. Save as a Note to Self? Only this sentence. It waits for Saturday, word for word. Your week: Run 2 of 3, walk after dinner 4 of 7, and one Note to Self: I skip runs when it's dark out. Cookie time, six weeks done: a yellow dragon bridge breathing fire at night. Your Cookie: a plane ticket to Da Nang.
Note to Self, on your phone. Sample data.

On your laptop: The Keeper. A binder, one folder per Transformation, the open one the only thing in view.

We run it on ourselves first. This October it is No Tricks: thirty-one days of the method, in public. And the company ran its own Look Back: what we said, what we did →
