What Comes Next? LLC
The AI that runs
in your building.

Privacy-first AI wellness coaching. Local inference on WCN-controlled hardware. No cloud AI vendor touching your data. No third-party data processing. The architecture is the product.

The Catalyst Pipeline

Production LLM inference running on WCN hardware. User health data never leaves our infrastructure. Verifiable by architecture — not by policy.

Live in production IRB-approved study underway Provisional patent filed 2025 Ardmore, PA
The Problem
Every wellness app
owns your data.

Whoop. Fitbit. Oura. Apple Watch. AI is being embedded into every fitness and wellness platform on the market. They are all, without exception, cloud-dependent. Your biometric data is processed on servers you don't control, under terms of service written to maximize the company's options for that data.

The customer is already here

Location services off by default. VPN-paying. Shares recipes with friends, not algorithms. Wants AI-assisted personal development — and is increasingly unwilling to pay for it with their health data. No product in this market credibly addresses them.

The Solution
Local inference.
Real sovereignty.

The Spark is a wellness coaching and habit-tracking application that runs entirely on WCN-controlled infrastructure. When a user submits an intake, the data travels over an encrypted Cloudflare tunnel, is processed on our hardware, and the result is returned. At no point does it touch OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any third-party AI provider.

The Research
Dissertation-grade
validation built in.

The 100 Days of Summer study is a Drexel IRB-approved randomized controlled trial examining whether AI-personalized behavioral nudges improve habit adherence over 100 days — and whether personalization provides incremental benefit beyond generic nudging.

1
Control — platform access, in-app Coach's Note, no push notifications
2
Generic nudge — standardized push notifications, identical across group
3
AI-personalized nudge — notifications generated from participant's own logged behavioral data
NSF SBIR eligibility

This study structure is the feasibility documentation NSF Phase I requires. DH5 — Physical, Mental and Behavioral Health. $275K non-dilutive. No match requirement. Project Pitch deadline July 27, 2026.

Market
Privacy is the
emerging expectation.

The global digital health market exceeds $200B. AI-enabled wellness is a fast-growing segment. The differentiator this market does not have: a platform built on privacy-preserving local infrastructure with a published longitudinal study to back it.

The Spark + 100 Days

Direct consumer, subscription model. Privacy-conscious early adopters who want AI coaching without surrendering health data to Big Tech.

The Founder
20 years of enterprise.
Built this himself.

Jason Rashaad, MBA, PMP. Senior technical program leader — Ford, GM, Amazon, State of Michigan, Intelligence Community. Currently leading AWS/GCP security audit remediation at Comcast. Drexel DBA candidate; dissertation on AI-mediated behavioral coaching. NASM-certified trainer and nutrition coach.

Why this founder

Architected and shipped the entire platform solo. Navigated federal IRB approval. Running a live research study while on contract at Comcast. Filed a provisional patent. The enterprise background isn't incidental — it's why the infrastructure is production-grade and the compliance posture is defensible.

The Ask
18 months of runway.
One clear number.
$90,000
seed contribution · 18-month runway · July 2026 – December 2027
On the Drexel line: The Executive DBA is not separable from the research. The 100 Days of Summer study is the dissertation. Without the final two quarters of tuition, there is no experiment, no data, no published research. That line item funds the existence of this work — not a credential.
Personal operating — Jan through Dec 2027$38,400

Funding Paths
No match required.
Multiple doors open.
1
NSF SBIR Phase I — $275K non-dilutive. DH5 (Behavioral Health) + AI. Project Pitch due July 27, 2026. The IRB study is the feasibility doc. No match, no equity.
2
Drexel Startups Fund (Baiada Institute) — non-dilutive grant. Twice yearly. Explicitly for enrolled Drexel students. Graduate student preference. Includes investor introductions from Drexel alumni network.
3
Dreamit Ventures Healthtech — accelerator, no match requirement. Philadelphia-based. Drexel Close School alumni on staff. Wants startups with traction ready to scale.
4
Direct contribution — this page. $90K seed. 18 months. Study data + DBA completion is the milestone. Clean path to NSF SBIR Phase II and B2B licensing post-graduation.
Back the Build
The only way out
is through.

The research is real. The system is live. The study is running.
The Spanish product is designed. The dissertation is in progress.

What Comes Next is either going to work or it isn't.
The only way to find out is to finish building it.

This is not an equity offering. Contributions are gifts in support of independent research and product development. No ownership stake. No expected return. Just helping something real get built and published.
